With more than 10 years experience as an IT Manager, analyst and administrator in small and medium sized businesses. Steve has developed all-round skills and knowledge while working on IT strategy, process improvement, system implementation and support in SMEs, often in organisations with international offices and remote workers.

Smaller organisations generally have limited time and resources and need their people to be flexible and adapt to changing situations, Steve remains hands-on with wide ranging technical knowledge and the experience to communicate and deliver benefits at all levels.

A background in Engineering with the RACAL electronics group and other manufacturers has provided Steve with experience and insight as an implementer and administrator of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and as a Project Manager he recognises the importance of change in both processes and people to deliver the full benefits from technology investments.
